Missions Outreach at Waller
Mansfield Street Mission
Naim & Helen Aksam; we have been supporting this missionary
couple for many years. They are members of Waller, so they are two
of our own. It is evident that our Lord has used them incredibly.
Along with the everyday activities that go with the ministry, God
has allowed them to operate the only legalized Bible Book Store in
Turkey, which has been widely accepted. Another amazing outreach has
been the annual Christmas Dinner where hundreds are hearing/seeing
the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please pray for them, that they will be
able to continue to minister to the Turkish people. Scotty & Linda Teague; Scotty grew up in Waller Baptist Church
and the Lord called him to preach the Gospel in the streets of New
York City. Scotty is also a Pastor of a congregation in the New York
City suburbs. Scotty knows that God has placed him in New York City
to tell the hurting people about Jesus. He is a very effective
communicator. Pray for Scotty and Linda as they minister far from
their natural family, but are right where God has called them. Dan & Chuy Hall; since the fall of 2001, we have been heavily
involved with this ministry. We have taken eight mission trips to
Cordoba, Mexico ministering along side our brothers and sisters in
Christ. The work has been both evangelistic and physical labor. The
main thrust of MITC is the teaching of God's Word to young men and
ladies from the mountain villages. We take two trips a year; one in
January and the other in September. Our next trip is scheduled for
Sept. 3 through 10. If you are interested in going with us to
minister, contact the church. Orizba Youth Choir Rev. Stuart Tully; This ministry is used of the Lord to
evangelize the world and to train pastors and lay leaders to share
the greatest news the world has ever heard, the Gospel. Rev. Tully
recently visited our church, leading a marriage retreat and
preaching on Sunday morning. He was received well and our
congregation was able to see how effectively God is using him. Rev. Louis Ao; Agape College is located in Dimapur, India. It is
committed to educate and equip the students for service to our Lord
Jesus Christ. Rev. Ao visited our church in March with a great
report of what God is doing in India. Please continue to pray for
them as they strive for excellence. Also, Rev. Ao pastors a church
in New Jersey. He makes a trip in January of each year to visit the
staff and students who are faithfully serving our King. Tom & Donna White, founders of the ministry Rev. Gene & Donna
Shramek; this work is an outreach to the Indian people on the
reservation located in Ion and Yomba, Nevada. We have recently heard
that three people are candidates for baptism and four for church
membership. The congregation steadily has grown over the past year.
It has been a hard work, but God is at work. Please pray for this
team of committed brethren as they persevere for our Lord. Rev. Cornel Filip; we have been involved with this ministry
indirectly for the past two years and have recently taken them on
for monthly support. This too, is a difficult work; there is occult
activity, superstitious beliefs, and alcoholism in the area
surrounding Caracal, Romania. Pastor Cornel has been faithful to
stand, even in the midst of terrible persecution. This is the only
evangelical work for miles around. Remember this work as you pray! Evangelist Bill Britt; Bill is active in the U.S. and around the
world sharing the Good News. He is a powerful speaker who God has
used to bring thousands of people to the saving knowledge of Jesus
Christ. He preaches crusades in Mexico, Africa, India, England,
Turkey and the Philippines. Bill is scheduled to preach at Waller on
May 29th of this year. The vision for this ministry is: "Until The
